Further, as informed by us vide letter dated 29th September 2022, the trading window has already been closed from 1st October, 2022 and will remain closed upto 12th November, 2022 (both days inclusive) pursuant to Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results.
