Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018 and in terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for trading Listed Securities of Gujarat Terce Laboratories Limited, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from Friday, July 1, 2022 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30th June, 2022 (both days inclusive).
