It is hereby informed that as per the Gulf Oil Lubricants India Ltd ('Company') Internal Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in listed or proposed to be listed Securities of the Company (the 'Code'), the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated persons covered under the Code for the period from 1st July, 2022 and till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended 30 June, 2022 to the public. Accordingly, all Designated Persons covered under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
