With reference to above mentioned Subject, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors at their today's Meeting i.e. Wednesday, May 11, 2022 have besides other matters, inter alia approved Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 (under Ind AS) along with Audit report with Unmodified Opinion on Financial Results of the Company issued by M/s.
