This is to inform that as per the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window of the Company "Harish Textile Engineers Limited" shall remain closed from 01st October, 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended on 30th September, 2023.
