| Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/01/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, January 17, 2022, inter alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2021. Pursuant to the Hathway Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company ('Hathway Code'), the Trading Window Close Period which had commenced on January 01, 2022 will end 48 hours after the results are made public on January 17, 2022.
