Hawa Engineers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December, 2022. 2. To consider any other business with permission of the Chair. Pursuant to circulars dated April 2, 2019 bearing reference no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 issued by BSE Limited and in terms of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Sunday, 1st January, 2023 till forty-eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/Nine months ended 31st December, 2022.
