In accordance with the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, and further to our letter dt.1st March 2021, we are pleased to inform that we have received following work orders:<BR> (1) work order of Rs.6,84,00,000/- for completion of Balance work of ''National Highway No 548-A from Section Waken Pali to 2 lane with paved shoulder'' received from Varaha Infra Limited.<BR> Further in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Company''s Code of Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all Designated Persons is already closed from 1st April till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2021.<BR> This is for your information and record.
