| This is in reference to the Corporate Announcement submitted on 1st Feb, 2023 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Ajay Kumar Mohanty (FCS: 7133) has tendered his resignation from the post of CS and Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. closing of business hours of Tuesday, 31st January, 2023. The Company is in the process of appointment of new CS and Compliance Officer. The intimation for his/her appointment as the new CS and Compliance Officerwill be communicated to the Stock Exchange once appointed. Mr. Anil Goyal, MD and Mr. Ashok Kumar, CFO of the Company would be the new designated Officer (s) for listing and other compliances till the new CS is appointed. Mr. Mohit Chauhan, Interim Compliance Officer of the Company, would continue to be responsible for ensuring various compliances in time (including related to Stock Exchange), redressal of Investor grievances, signing various documents/ correspondence related to day-to-day operations of the company. | |
