1. The Board of Directors has today approved the Unaudited (Consolidated & Standalone) Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. The Financial Results under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed.<BR> <BR> 2. The Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid Consolidated & Standalone Financial results of the Company is enclosed.<BR> <BR> 3. The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share of Rs.2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2020-21.<BR> <BR> The Record date of October 24, 2020 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors. The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be November 9, 2020.<BR> <BR> 4. An Investor Release dated October 16, 2020 on the financial results is enclosed <BR>
