| Helpage Finlease Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 at the registered office of the Company at 04:00 pm, inter- alia, to consider and approve the following business: 1. Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022. 2. Any other matter with the permission of the Board. In continuation to our previous intimation dated 01st July, 2022 on closure of Trading Window, we would like to inform that the trading window of the Company for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. | |
