Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company's Shares/Securities, the "Trading Window' shall remain closed with immediate effect i.e., from April 01, 2021 for the purpose of consideration and approval of standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. <BR> <BR> All the policies of the company in respect of trading window are deemed to be modifying to this extent. <BR> <BR> The Trading Window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the closed trading window period, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/securities.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board meeting would be intimated in due course.
