With reference to earlier intimation dated March 20, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule-III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Dharmendra Soyal, (CS & CFO) has tendered his resignation from the post of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company and relieved from his duties with effect from closing of working hours of 19.4.2021. Copy of his resignation letter is enclosed herewith.
