With reference to Exchange email dated 29.09.2025 and our intimation dated 27.09.2025, we wish to submit the following:
The e-auction of the Company's land parcel located in Pune, Maharashtra is being conducted pursuant to RFP dated 13.12.2024. The e-auction is scheduled to be held from 01.10.2025 to 03.10.2025.
Further, the Company had applied to the Competent Authorities for approval of the sale of land parcel as mentioned in RFP dated 13.12.2024. Approval has been granted by the Collector, Pune, Maharashtra, vide letter dated 26.09.2025, upon payment of ?130.56 crore, subject to the terms and conditions stipulated therein.
