| This is to inform you that the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11.00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OVAM) in compliance with the applicable circulars of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI to transact the businesses mentioned in the Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting.<BR> The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Thursday, September 23, 2021 to Wednesday, September 29, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 29th AGM and same will be re-opened from Thursday, September 30, 2021 onwards. Members whose names are recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, September 22, 2021, shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as e-voting system on the date of the AGM. | |
