Heranba Industries Limited ('Heranba') is pleased to announce that the entire term loan of ? 350 Million availed by its group company 'Insunt Trading Private Limited' from the Aditya Birla Finance Ltd ('ABFL') in which Heranba Industries and Shakti Bio Science are Co-Borrowers for said Term Loan, has been repaid to ABFL. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, ABFL had released the Charges created on all securities, of Heranba Industries vis-??-vis its Group Companies and issued a NO DUES CERTIFICATE in this regards.<BR>
