Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation<BR> 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors in view of casual vacancy caused by resignation of<BR> M/s R Nanabhoy and Co, Cost Auditors, Mumbai of the Company due to exceeding limits of Cost<BR> Audit under Companies Act 2013, and based on recommendation of Audit Committee, have<BR> considered and approved the appointment of M/s Aatish Dhatrak and Associates, Cost Auditors,<BR> Mumbai as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2021-22 with effect from<BR> November 9, 2021. The remuneration of the Cost Auditor for FY 2021-22 will remain same which<BR> was ratified by the shareholders in their Annual General Meeting dated August 10, 2021.
