HG Industries Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. Notice is also given that, pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2022 and will be reopened on May 28, 2022 after the expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on May 26, 2022.
