HG Industries Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/07/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Notice is also given, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from July 01, 2022 and will be reopened on July 27, 2022 after the expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on July 25, 2022.
