HG Industries Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022. Notice is also given, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2022 and will be reopened on November 13, 2022 after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on November 11, 2022.
