Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that consequent to the Special Resolution passed by the members of the Company through Postal Ballot on January 21, 2022 and the approval of the Regional Director, Southern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai, dated October 12, 2022, for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Tamilnadu to National Capital Territory ('NCT') of Delhi, the Board of Directors of the Company (as authorised by the Shareholders of the Company) has decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company to 203, 2nd Floor, West Wing, Worldmark 1, Aerocity, IGI Airport, Hospitality District, New Delhi - 110037, with effect from December 05, 2022.
