In furtherance to our intimation dated June 30, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received the observation letters from BSE Limited dated January 11, 2023, with respect to the draft Scheme of Arrangement between HG Industries Limited (formerly Himalaya Granites Limited) (the 'Company' or 'Transferor Company') and Greenlam Industries Limited ('Transferee Company') and their respective shareholders and all concerned for the amalgamation of the Transferor Company with and into the Transferee Company.
