In continuation to our announcement dated March 31, 2022 and pursuant to Regulations 30 and 51 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Gurgaon Sohna Highway Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of H.G. Infra Engineering Limited ('HGINFRA') has received the completion certificate for the project mentioned below. The completion certificate has been issued by the Independent Engineer and the project has been declared fit for entry into commercial operation on February 25, 2022.
