HIL LTD. - Board recommends Final Dividend (AGM on July 30, 2021)

HIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2021, inter alia, have recommended a final dividend of INR 25.00 per share (250%) on May 14, 2021 for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. This, together with an interim dividend of INR 15.00 per share (150%) declared in the previous quarter, the total dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 works out to INR 40.00 per share (400%) on Equity Shares of INR 10/- each. Final dividend is subject to approval of Shareholders.
