| This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, commenced at 3.45 PM and concluded at 6.00 PM inter-alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.
