Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to our letter dated December 29, 2021 pertaining to strike at Balasore plant of the Company, we would like to inform you that the management of the Company and the workers have resolved their issues and the workers have resumed operations at the plant with effect from January 19, 2022 paving the way for the business to scale up as per plan.
