Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of our Company was held today i.e. 26th November, 2021 to consider and evaluate various fund raising options through equity or equity-linked or debt instruments or any combination thereof, either on preferential allotment basis or on private placement basis, in order to meet increasing fund requirements for its business of developing 100% Indigenous Solid Forged Railway Wheels.<BR> <BR> In recent past, the Company, being a first Indian MSME, had successfully delivered the first consignment of Railway Wheels, which were duly inspected and approved by 'RITES'.
