| In terms of Regulations 32 (1) (a) & (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022, we hereby confirm that: a) There has been no deviation in the utilization of funds, raised through issue of 60,00,000 Equity Shares on Rights basis (Right Issue), which were allotted on 22nd November, 2022, from the objects as stated in the offer document dated 19th October, 2022; b) There has been no variation between projected utilization of funds as stated in the offer document dated 19th October, 2022 and the actual utilization of funds raised through Right Issue which were allotted on 22nd November, 2022. | |
