In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 , intimation is hereby given that pursuant to power delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 17 December 2019, the Finance and Management Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today 26 December 2019, has allotted 1200 units of commercial paper of Rs. 5,00,000/- each, aggregating to Rs.60 Crores at a discount rate of 6.75% p.a.
