This is to inform you that pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by Designated Persons, read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 01 April 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2020.<BR> <BR> The Trading window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Company's Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.03.2020 to the Stock Exchanges.<BR>
