Hinduja Global Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 and to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.<BR><BR>Further, vide letter dated June 30, 2021, the Company had intimated that the Trading Window of the Company will continue to be closed from July 01, 2021 till 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
