Hindustan Aeronautics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In continuation to our Letter No. CO/SEC/4(7)/2024-25/ BSE & NSE Filing/81 dated 27th January, 2025, we would like to inform that, apart from considering the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended 31st December, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled on Wednesday, the 12th February, 2025, will also consider, inter-alia, the declaration of first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25. 2. It may be noted that, the Record date for the payment of first interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25, if declared, will be Friday, the 14th February, 2025.
