Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 16, 2020 through video conferencing in Mumbai, have appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Chandani as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. November 9, 2020 in place of Mr. Shailesh Sawa who has resigned as CFO & KMP of the Company w.e.f.
