In compliance with Regulation 30 read with part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 corporate announcement/intimation is hereby given that the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG), vide their letter No. No./CA.V/COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT,HFL(1)/183 dated 26th August, 2022, appointed M/s Niranjan & Narayan, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad as the Statutory Auditors of the Company (HFL) for the year 2022-23. M/s. Niranjan & Narayan, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad shall also be the Statutory Auditors for preparation of Financial Statements of HFL for the Financial Year 2022-23 under section 139 read with section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013. M/s. Niranjan & Narayan, Chartered Accountants vide letter dated 7th September, 2022 have given acceptance for the appointment as Statutory Auditors of HFL.
