We refer to our letter dated 1st November, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, intimation of the Board of Directors Meeting and Closure of Trading window we wish to inform you that, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th November, 2021 inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021 and other businesses of the Agenda.Further to our communication dated 30th September, 2021 and pursuant to the Company's code of Internal Procedures and Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Rules, 2015 the trading window was closed from 1st October, 2021 and shall remain closed until Sunday, 14th November, 2021 (i.e till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results)
