| Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We wish to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on today i.e. Wednesday, February 8, 2023, have approved the Un-Audited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & Nine Months ended December 31, 2022, Copy of the same is enclosed along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon and marked as Annexure A. The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1) (b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 in due course. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:45 am and concluded at 4:15 pm. | |
