| HINDUSTAN MEDIA VENTURES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 17/06/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 17th June, 2021, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021, and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21(subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).<BR> <BR> We further inform that, in terms of the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Saturday, 19th June, 2021.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR> | |
