Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 17, 2021, to inter-alia, consider and approve the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021, and to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2020-21 (subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting).<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the ???Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons??? of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till June 19, 2021.
