Sub. : Outcome of the Board Meeting - Appointment of HOCL Nominee Directors on the Board of Subsidiary Co. - Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd. (HFL) <BR> Ref. : Regulation 30 & other Applicable Regulations of LODRRs.<BR> This is to inform the Exchange that in pursuance of the authority given to the Company, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. (HOCL) under Article 76(a) of the Articles of Association of the Subsidiary CO., HFL, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today (on 6-3-2021) has appointed Mrs. Susheela S Kulkarni, CGM & Company Secretary of the Company and Mr. K. K. Kunjumon, UIC & ED, Kochi Unit of the Company as HOCL Nominee Directors on the Board of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd., the Subsidiary Company of HOCL, till the respective dates of their superannuation or till further orders whichever is earlier. <BR> Submitted to the Exchange for information in compliance with the LODRRs.
