Sub. : Outcome of the Board Meeting - Appointment of HOCL Nominee Directors on the Board of Subsidiary Co. - Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd. (HFL) <BR> Ref. : Regulation 30 & other Applicable Regulations of LODRRs.<BR> This is to inform the Exchange that in pursuance of the authority given to the Company, Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. (HOCL) under Article 77(a) of the Articles of Association of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd. (HFL), the Subsidiary Company of HOCL, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 6-3-2021 has appointed Mrs. Susheela S Kulkarni, CGM & Company Secretary of the Company and Mr. K. K. Kunjumon, UIC & ED, Kochi Unit of the Company as HOCL Nominee Directors on the Board of Hindustan Fluorocarbons Ltd., (the Subsidiary Company of HOCL), with immediate effect (from 6-3-2021) and till the respective dates of their superannuation or till further orders whichever is earlier.
