In terms of Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, we write to inform you that the Company had issued Un-secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative, taxable, Debenture of Rs.10,00,000/- Each aggregating to Rs.2,000 Crores on private placement basis on 23-10-2020 for Funding of capital expenditure of the Issuer, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred.<BR> <BR> The applicable disclosure in compliance of SEBI Circular Ref. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is given in the attachment.<BR>
