Hindusthan Urban Infrastructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 47(1) (a) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 12th November, 2020 inter alia to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> Please also be informed that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated Persons, the trading window had been closed from 1st October, 2020 until the publication of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company and accordingly the same shall remain closed till 14th November, 2020<BR>
