Hitech Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled on May 21, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following :<BR><BR>1. The Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.<BR><BR>Further to the letter dated March 31, 2021, Company hereby inform that as per the ???Hitech Corporation Limited - Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons??? (hereinafter referred to as the ???Code of Conduct???), the trading window of the Company which is presently closed, in view of publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2021, shall remain closed upto May 23, 2021 and will open on May 24, 2021.
