The said Integrated Annual Report FY 2021-22 is also available on the website of the Company at www.hkglimited.com In compliance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Circular No, 2/2022 dated 5th May, 2022 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2022/62 dated 13th May, 2022, the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 and notice of 12th Annual General Meeting have been sent through e-mail to all the Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/DPs.
