| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of The SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that in view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company is taking various measures to ensure safety and well-being of all the employees and is ensuring compliance with the directives issued by the Central, State Government and local administration in this regard. <BR> <BR> Due to the continued spread of the COVID-19, the Company has implemented Full Work from Home across all India sites, starting Monday, March 23, 2020 until further notice and has safely suspended operations in its manufacturing plant. This development also follows updated government advice - at both Central and State level and - for employers. <BR> <BR> However, given the dynamic nature of the situation, the leadership will reassess this status on an ongoing basis, in contact with and as per guidelines issued by Central and State government authorities.<BR> <BR> | |
