We wish to inform you that the Company received a certificate of Incorporation consequent to the Change of Name from Hotel Rugby Limited to Univa Foods Limited from the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai-400002 Maharashtra, India on August 03, 2022. Thereafter the Company applied for final approval with Stock Exchanges i.e., BSE Ltd ('BSE') and National Stock Exchange ('NSE') in terms of change in the name of the Company from Hotel Rugby Limited to Univa Foods Limited and also change the Symbol of the company from HOTELRUGBY to UNIVAFOODS.
