Update on Regulatory Approvals - Receipt of approval from Financial Services Commission, Mauritius ('FSC') for transfer of shares of Griha Investments ('Griha'), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HDFC Holdings Limited ('HDFC Holdings') and a foreign step-down subsidiary of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited ('HDFC Limited'), on account of the proposed composite scheme of amalgamation ('Scheme') for the amalgamation of: (i) HDFC Investments Limited and HDFC Holdings, wholly-owned subsidiaries of HDFC Limited, with and into HDFC Limited; and (ii) HDFC Limited with and into HDFC Bank Limited ('HDFC Bank') ('Proposed Amalgamation').
