| HSIL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that 308th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 28th October, 2020 at our corporate office at 301-302, 3rd Floor, Park Centra, Sector-30, Gurugram-122001 for considering, inter-alia, the following matters:<BR> <BR> 1.
