| <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company has approved setting up of 150 Tons Per Day (TPD) Speciality Glass facility as per following details: <BR> <BR> 1. New Product Launch <BR> a) Name of Product; Speciality Glass<BR> b) Date of launch; By 30th September 2022<BR> c) Category of the product; High Quality Speciality Glass to meet packaging requirements of segments like pharma including vials, perfumery & other cosmetics and high end liquor<BR> d) whether caters to domestic/ international market; Mainly domestic with potential to export around 10%-15% of products<BR> e) name of the countries in which the product is launched (in case of international); USA, European countries and Australia<BR> <BR> The Company will invest Rs.220 Crore towards the aforesaid facility to be set up at Bhongir in the state of Telangana.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take this information on records.<BR> | |
