This is in furtherance of our letter dated 18" March, 2020 informing the stock exchanges that the Board of Directors of the subsidiary companies i.e. FEVL, HTDM, HEL, HTLC, IESPL & TMEL and HTMS, had approved the Scheme of Amalgamation under Sections 230 to 232 read with Section 66 of the Companies Act 2013 ('Scheme'')<BR> Hon''ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench in its order delivered on 11th May 2021 has sanctioned the Scheme (the order sanctioning the Scheme has been uploaded on the website of NCLT on 12th May 2021). Certified true copy of the order is awaited. <BR> The Scheme shall become effective on the date of filing of certified copy of the NCLT order by the Transferor Companies and Transferee Company with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana. <BR> This is for your information please.
